Custom apparel pricing depends on the garment, customization method, number of colours/placements, and order quantity. A detailed quote is provided after reviewing your design request — larger quantities generally reduce the per-unit price.

Standard custom orders typically take longer than our regular catalogue items, as each piece is made after your design is approved. Estimated production time will be shared with your quote and confirmed once you approve the final proof. Rush production may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

7. Design Files & Artwork

For the best print quality, please share high-resolution artwork (vector files such as AI/EPS/SVG, or high-res PNG). If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team can help recreate or clean up your design for an additional fee, confirmed with your quote.

8. Proofs & Approval

Before production begins, we'll send you a digital mockup/proof of your design on the chosen garment. Production only starts after you approve the proof in writing (email or reply to our message), so please double-check spelling, colours, and placement carefully.

9. Care Instructions

Customized garments should be washed inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle and air-dried where possible to protect the print or embroidery. Avoid ironing directly over printed or embroidered areas.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Because custom apparel is made to order, these items are generally final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
