1. Who We Are

TeeShirt Customize operates the website teeshirtcustomize.shop and sells premium custom apparel and clothing to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally. By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Definitions

• "Customer" / "you" — any person who accesses the Site or places an order.
• "Consumer" — an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession, as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• "Products" — any clothing, apparel, or custom/personalised goods offered for sale on the Site.
• "Order" — a request placed by you to purchase Products through the Site's checkout.

3. Using Our Website

When using the Site you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout;
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use;
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party.

4. Products & Custom Apparel

We aim to display Product colours, materials, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, or the nature of made-to-order printing and embroidery.

Where a Product is personalised, customised, or made to your specification (for example, custom prints, names, sizing, or designs), please review your customisation carefully before submitting your Order, as this affects your cancellation rights (see Section 8).

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Dollars and include USA VAT at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already confirmed.
• Payment is taken at the time of Order via the payment methods offered at checkout. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full card details on our servers.
• In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the Order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

6. Order Acceptance & Contract

Your Order is an offer to purchase Products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email or, where applicable, a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an Order at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), in which case you will be refunded in full.

7. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page; these are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
• Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
• If delivery is delayed due to an event outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible and are not liable for delays caused by such events.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; we are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect address details supplied by you.

8. Your Right to Cancel

After ordering online generally have the right to cancel an Order within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving a reason, and to request a refund.

To exercise your right to cancel on non-personalised items:

1. Notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of receiving your Order;
2. Return the Product to us within 14 days of your cancellation notice, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging where possible;
3. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned Product, using the original payment method;
4. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or was sent in error.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 If a Product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose:

• You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on how long you have owned the item;
• Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on faulty goods, where applicable;
• This applies to personalised and custom items as well as standard stock items.

10. Returns & Refunds Process

• To start a return, contact our support team with your Order number and reason for return.
• Items must generally be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original labels attached.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or evidence that it has been sent back.
• Sale items, and personalised items (unless faulty), may not be eligible for a refund — this will be indicated on the product page.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, product designs, graphics, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to TeeShirt Customize and is protected by USA and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Where you submit your own design for a custom Product, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your Order.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit custom designs or use the Site to upload, request, or distribute content that is:

• Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
• Intended to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group;
• Fraudulent, or intended to disrupt or damage the Site or its systems.

We reserve the right to refuse to produce or ship any Order that breaches this section.

13. Liability

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
• Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your Order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant Product(s).
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties at the time the contract was formed.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. 

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
